Awesome stay
Liked: The breakfast was a great addition to the stay. We were staying due to a bowling tournament and needed to check in by 7:30. Thank you for everything you do.

Liked: Staff was very accommodating
Disliked: The drapes in the room had holes in them, and the seams were hanging down at the bottom of the drapes and could’ve been a little bit cleaner found a dirty pair of underwear in the one chair

Can definitely do better
Liked: The hotel was nice except for the fact that the pool, hot tub and fitness room were closed due to renovations. Then, we were coming downstairs for breakfast that we paid for and the entire dining room and front lobby was all covered in plastic and painters tape with painters every where. I opted to get my money back for breakfast instead of eating breakfast while people were painted all around me. I understand things need to be renovated but breakfast time in the dinning room isn't a great time. The hotel next door was $50 cheaper for a room with free breakfast and a pool and hotter as well...if I knew they were renovating and all the facilities were closed i would have chose some where else for my husband and my trip.

Very disappointed
Liked: I was traveling to Allentown for two days with my six children (ages 4-13) and I book 2 rooms. We chose this hotel based on the indoor pool. We arrived in town checked in- went shopping and bought everyone bathing suits. We went back to the hotel with suits and changed in our rooms. Came down to find the pool closed for renovations. I took a picture of the utter disappointment on the kids faces. They should have noted that on their website and at the time I made the reservation. There was no notice even in the hotel lobby, rooms, or in the pool area. The front desk finally came over and told us the news. We could have choose so many other places in the area. I book 25-30 trips a year on booking for business. Never again with Hilton.

Simple busy lodging spot for...
Liked: Convenient and clean
Disliked: They didn’t respond to request for a crib. The indoor pool was icy. Housekeeping didn’t refill coffee supplies

Disliked: The hallways and elevators were dirty. I was very disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working.
