Liked: Never answered the phone. No meals available. The ac went off in our nephews room and he had to go to another hotel.

I loved this place!!

Liked: It was close to everything. The food, staff, room was terrific. Parking unfortunately is metered but they are very helpful
Disliked: Metered parking. Breakfast not free

My room should have been...

Liked: The front desk was helpful when we arrived early. He stored our bags in a safe place while we went to the baseball game.
Disliked: My room wasn’t available until after 6pm. I even checked in early 24hrs in advance .

All in all- our stay...

Liked: Right across from Metro, Amtrak, free Trolley
Disliked: We came back to a power outage one evening- with no explanation, apology, or compensation for a strange evening. Also had problems with TV jumping offline and miscommunications with housekeeping.

Disliked: It didn’t have free breakfast.

Liked: Excellent service, we stayed for 4 nights and all the receptionists there went the extra mile to make our stay super comfortable. We really appreciate it. It is ideally located next to the bus station and the Amtrak one, and on a quiet street just steps from the Main Street where all restaurants and shops are.
