Liked: It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: It didn’t have free breakfast.

Very good
Liked: Excellent service, we stayed for 4 nights and all the receptionists there went the extra mile to make our stay super comfortable. We really appreciate it. It is ideally located next to the bus station and the Amtrak one, and on a quiet street just steps from the Main Street where all restaurants and shops are.

Very good
Liked: Easy to check in and check out, and the area was nice too. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and well equipped.
Disliked: The staff was a little bit overwhelming with their comments during checking in, also the maid was very nervously knocking for the check out before time. No detachable shower is a common thing in US , I like shower that can go places.

Liked: City view room 5th floor was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful
Disliked: It wasn't easy for me to see what hours breakfast was served when looking at menu placard in lobby area. Maybe I just wasn't looking in the right place.

It was a nice overnight
Liked: It was clean and right in the center of old town
Disliked: Staff couldn’t answer many questions about parking, etc. We wanted to extend our stay for 2 hours but they said they didn’t have enough rooms. However, when looking online I saw over 15 rooms available.

Great location and quiet
Liked: Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The smell.. there’s a weird smell when you go towards elevators in the lobby almost like dirty water smell mixed with Gas and bleach. Not sure but was very weird. Room was “clean” I suppose but very old and could use updates and painting very lackluster for the price paid for 2 nights.
