Broken Hilton Garden Promise by...

Liked: It had a pool for the kids
Disliked: The pool was out of order and I wasn’t told until my kids were knee deep in the pool that we couldn’t swim. We were told by night staff to speak with manager Ian to see if we could get a discount on our room and his response was that his hands were tied and that the pool is complementary so there is no discount for not having a pool.

Everything you look for in...

Liked: The location was great for my purpose. The facility and room were clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I would and will stay there again, if the occasion presents itself in the future.
