Liked: The hotel seemed safe and secure.
Disliked: There was no hot water for a morning shower. The breakfast is not free, but actually worse than the free breakfast at other similar hotels (think holiday inn express). For example, there was instant oatmeal but no hot water or microwave to heat it up.

Liked: Nice location to visit our family!

Good but not great

Liked: It was surprisingly quiet even though we were on the ground level with the window facing the real busy road.Liked it had a side entrance closer to the room, so didn't need to go thru the lobby. The room had all the necessities, including a microwave and fridge, so didn't need to have their breakfast.
Disliked: The room needs updating, the bathroom in particular looked a little "tired". We were expecting better updated finishes associated to Hilton, especially for the hefty price of the room during low season in Rio Rancho, NM.

Disliked: No housekeeping services unless you request it. Why am I paying full service prices and not getting the bed made each day?
