Disliked: None.

Only complaint is that I did rent the room because I prefer firm beds for my back. After reading about their mattresses, I was sold. However, they didn't work. Other than that, I have no complaints. Room was clean and large. Would stay there again.

Liked: Besides the mattress, everything else was very good.
Disliked: Their firmness controlled mattresses don't work.

Low quality, high prices!

Liked: To be honest, I like nothing about this hotel. The only think I like, is that probably I will never visit this place again...
Disliked: This was my first stay in US’s hotel and I was terrified how low standard and how high prices were in this hotel. I can't compare it to other hotels in US, but if I will compare it to hotels in Europe, UK, or Asia.... the difference in quality and price is astonishing. Breakfast were tasteless, all days the same, and buffet have got only three meals: bacon, mash potatoes, and scrambled eggs made from a powder. We have got here 4 days of sorrowful breakfasts… The staff was unfriendly for me and my friends, both in restaurant and in reception. When me and my colleagues returned to the reception with a complaint that our cards do not open the door, the receptionist said that: we have to press the handle to open the door, and that she understand that this can be complicated, but we just have to press the handle. But when we said that we did it, the receptionist in a grumpy way checked that... she haven't activated our cards... for two rooms from five that we booked...
