Disliked: Front desk individual that was working between the hours of 9pm-7:30 am was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Suggested we stay at another hotel and they because I wasn’t a Diamond level owner she could possibly walk me away. Almost as a threat.

Liked: The room and the lobby were clean. Wonderful location. One of your guest fell and was on the side way and road. They did not help get him up. Another guest helped and we got him to his room. They did give me the number to non emergency.
Disliked: I booked a room with 2 beds and paid extra to have 2. When I checked in they said they gave that room away and only had one bed. They offered a roll-away bed. No top blanket, I ask and they said they waxed the floor and could give me one unti the morning.
