Liked: Typical of this style of hotel . Room was clean, shower was hot and powerful, the bed was vast and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful

Liked: It was pretty in the lobby. Staff looked clean. They smiled.
Disliked: The coffee maker didn’t work. The bathroom whirlpool headrest needs to be replaced or put in the trash can. Also, charging $2.00 for a bottle of water is a rip off. Had it been free I would have rated this a bit higher.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Needs updating. Room/halls had a weird smell ( 4th floor). Elevator was loud/old. Ice machine wasn’t available had to go down to 3rd floor. Heater was loud when it decided to kick in

Liked: Breakfast was great, and that’s about the only thing that was great about this hotel. We had to switch rooms twice (see below).
Disliked: Our first room had about 30 ladybugs all over the window, ceiling and carpet. There was even some in the bed. So, they switched us to another room. That room was completely dirty with the bed unmaid and towels all over the floor. We were running late for a wedding and couldn’t get ready. Finally, the third room was mediocre.
