Liked: Kind staff, easily moved around my booking whej requested and lovely stay.
Disliked: Only thing I'd suggest is getting some AC in the room as there was only a heater but it was already boiling in there.

Overpriced but nice

Liked: Comfortable and clean
Disliked: We had booked a queen room and spoken to them before booking as we were bringing our dog, were told booking queen room would be ok with the dog. Then we got there and were given a double room and they said that we hadn’t told them we were bringing our dog which I’d also written in our booking! Seemed abit of a downer as we paid the same money anyway didn’t want to kick up a fuss as was tired however seems a bit of a silly mistake for £200 a night.
