Very good facilities excellent cleanliness.

Liked: It was modern and the staff were very welcoming. The security to the lift was very reassuring. Breakfast was well cooked and well enjoyed.
Disliked: We had a plumbing problem in the room we stayed in. This was reported to the chamber staff member who said she would report the matter. Hopefully that will help the next visitor enjoy their stay.

Disappointing.

Liked: Restaurant service totally let down the hotel.1st night, took ages to provide a suitably chilled bottle of white wine.2nd night we had to wait well over an hour for the food. Several people who ordered after us were served first.

Good value for money, friendly...

Liked: Good location, nearby shops and a short walk to the town centre. Well connected to bus routes! I also noticed small bird houses amongst the trees in the hotel grounds which made me very happy:)
Disliked: Would have loved a bath in the room!
