Great location, lovely decor and...

Liked: It's a great location right next to 65. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy. The decor is calming and lovely. Check in was easy and quick. Dinner there was good and the staff were very friendly and nice.
Disliked: My own fault but I left a few items in the room and I did call numerous times right after I realized I had left them there but I kept getting passed around to different front desk personnel and housekeeping never did call me back after two calls to follow-up. One desk clerk didn't even know what I was talking about and I had to explain what an overseas number is. Because of the delay getting attention to the matter my package didn't arrive in time for me to take it back overseas with me. So that was a little frustrating as I lost four days and I could've received it in time had there been better follow up and communication to resolve it. Now I have to pay the expense of it being further forwarded to me.

Excellent place to stay.
