Couple relaxation vacay

Liked: The conveniences.
Disliked: Our room windows were very dirty. We wanted the top floor City view to enjoy the sights. The windows made it hard to get clear views and pictures. A little disappointed.

Liked: The location was very convenient for the show at Embassy theater.
Disliked: The front desk associate wasn’t friendly at all. Our room key wouldn’t work, maintenance let us in and was super nice and went to get our keys recoded, meanwhile I see there is one bed when I booked for two queen beds. I call down to the same front desk person and we find out the wrong room number was written on the key card holder. Simple mistake, but he wasn’t even apologetic which just rubbed me the wrong way I suppose. When we went to the pool, almost the entire surface had scum, and it seemed as if it wasn’t filtering properly. When we called the front desk, they said it was probably just chemicals and they would send someone. They never did. Again a minor issue, however, we always stay somewhere with a pool, because we love to swim, so it was a bummer. The room was clean, they have a Starbucks, and it is a beautiful hotel as a whole. However I wouldn’t stay again.
