Nice room, called down to say clock radio did not work they said they would send one right up, never did? Handle came off balcony door from the outside! So got stuck on balcony for a while! Over price valet parking at 32 bucks! And Internet at 14.95 a day ? Really? I would think paying 300 bucks a night for a room, that should all be complimentary? Wouldn't ya? Beds are very comfy and room was clean !

Liked: We liked everything. It was our second time staying and we just can’t get enough. I know there are hundreds of other hotels to choose from in Fort Lauderdale but I doubt I will ever stay somewhere else.
Disliked: I came back up to our room from the beach midday our 4th day there and the door to our room was ajar. I assume the cleaning ladies accidentally left it open. I quickly looked over our things and nothing was missing. I alerted the front desk staff on my way back to the beach.

Liked: I love the view of the beach and the room size. We love the bar staff and service, they were very friendly and the small bites were delicious.
Disliked: The bathroom was not as clean as there was hair in the shower. I did not like the color of the water even though there was a note about the water for the hotel.

Liked: Loved the view and the space of the room. I did not know you had to ask for kitchen utensils and when they bring them, it is only a small amount. Other than that, the service members were amazing. I would consider staying again.
Disliked: The kitchen is not fully stocked to be able to cook and when you do get items, it is not adequate. I would prefer a Keurig. The coffee items provided is not enough.
