Excellent location, spacious rooms, but...

Liked: Excellent location, spacious room and good beds.
Disliked: The breakfast was very poor: limited choice (no honey, just plain, thin yoghurt...), mediocre quality, and a line of 15-20 persons before the (too small) breakfast room.

Not what you expect from...

Liked: Close to the train station and things to do.
Disliked: The hotel was under going work so was covered in scaffolding and lots of building noise. The head rests were torn. We were woken at 9.30 by the cleaner even though we has until 11. Not what I expect from the hilton. Had I have k own about the building noise I would have booked elsewhere.

Liked: The excellent location
Disliked: When I booked the Hilton, I expected a large lobby, but due to extensive renovation works the lobby was smaller than that of a boutique hotel. There was luggage that did not belong to me in my hotel room, the queensize bed was just big enough for one person, there was no hair dryer and the shower overflowed and flooded the whole bathroom

Liked: Location is very convenient. Easy access for every place.
Disliked: Expect one person. Most of the reception staff is not friendly. Even when I show the booking.com confirmation, she told me you have booked through a third-party app. She repeated it several times. Then, another staff member comes and helps us. Even need to ask toothbrush. And very late room clening. Actually, this is below 4 star hotle. And hotle is under modification.

Disliked: the shower head broke and the water pressure is very weak, the room are smaller than expected and too many staircase to the room
