Pleasant

Liked: The room was nice but warm.The concierge was lovely and friendly.
Disliked: Reception staff weren't the friendliest when we arrived. Four people on the desk but not doing much.On the day we were leaving they seemed friendlier.

Fine but underwhelmed.

Liked: The location was excellent.
Disliked: Ground floor renovation which wasn’t advertised before booking so lack of lifts available. For a very expensive hotel the rooms are incredibly tired. Headboards all scratched, pink mould in the grout of the shower tiles, windows very dirty and old carpet. Shower lacked any power at all. Breakfast was fine but not to a high standard.
