Disappointing!

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The check-in and check-out was a disaster. It took quite some time to do both these as there was a system issue. Regarding the room, it smelled very bad, similar to tobacco smell. It seemed like the air conditioning system was not cleaned as the smell quite heavy all the time and we had to switch off the aircon and open the windows.

Liked: Bed was very comfy and the breakfast was excellent

Liked: Room was very comfortable and I slept very well.
Disliked: Breakfast was too expensive and bar was not great. The hotel location was not too good.

Disliked: The hotel was in renovation process so from 9 am workers started their job :) the problem waa that staff didn’t inform before booking.

Excellent hotel for a night's...

Liked: All as expected - newly refurbished room, clean, comfortable bed, great shower. The staff were exceptionally helpful.
Disliked: Very minor issue but the hairdryer was weirdly sticky - as if someone had cleaned it with the wrong chemical and it had reacted with the rubber.
