Liked: it was very clean and the staff did it very well with making sure that I was comfortable as a guest
Disliked: That you can’t do late check out. And the lack of communication between staff. I had asked the front desk for late check out at 2 or 3 and she said the best she could do was 1. So I asked for that and she put it down. Then at 11 room service came and told me it was time to check out. I left by 12 because I felt rushed and returned my key to the front desk, then at 12:54 I received a call saying that I had not checked out and that I needed to leave.
