Disappointed in lack of microwave...

Liked: Very clean. Very good mattress.
Disliked: No luggage carts. Was told they were scattered throughout the hotel and they didn’t know where they were. Had to make three trips to bring luggage in. Annoying. No microwave in the room. That’s not good at all. Had to eat cold food as it got cold while we spent time bringing our luggage in without racks !

Liked: Customer service was great..the front desk,her name Immaculate was outstanding and helpful. And breakfast was very good. The room was clean and in order as well

Would definitely come back just...

Liked: The whole staff was so friendly and helpful. The best I’ve encountered when traveling for both business and leisure.
Disliked: If anything the guests in the bar could be overly loud and making conversations for others tough. But that was a small inconvenience.
