Over priced and disappointing

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Work going on in hotel which we didn’t know about in advance. Also air condition set at 19 and could not be turned down. When we mentioned this we were told that it’s never very warm so not needed.

No value for money. Not...

Liked: Location was Great. That is why we booked it
Disliked: There was very loud co structuring works at the hotel property. Not one member of staff mentioned it or even acknowledged it. We were not even asked how our stay was upon departure. Also we were forced to pay some weird €50 deposit - it was not even explained what it was. Even though I paid for the stay up front upon arrival. Not the standard one would come to expect from Hilton, for a 4star hotel or even for amy hotel charging the prices they do. The worst stay o have ever experienced.

Big name hotel does not...

Liked: I did like the shower it was nice and big and the shower was perfect temperature. The room/hotel was very clean and the hallways had a lovely fragrance around the hotel.
Disliked: Was no mention of cost of parking which is set at €20 per night, no problem paying it but could have been mentioned when booking. Room was quite small and facilities in room were basic nothing over the top. Bed was very hard, you would notice when you sit on it.

Liked: Location was convenient. Located directly beside Luas line. Room service was quick. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful!
Disliked: Selection of drinks was poor, female restaurant staff was not friendly to us. Gym facilities were poor and lacked variety. Construction was ongoing outside our hotel room window from early hours. We couldn’t even leave the curtains open during the day as they were staring in at us!! With the cost we paid for our room and food and drinks you would hope that they would wave the parking fee… also car park location was not obvious.

Liked: Great hotel. Booked at last minute for Zach Bryan. Was only 7 minute walk from Marathon bus pick up on Earlsfort Terrace. Complimentary tea/coffee when you got out of lift. Beds were lovely and comfy. Soundproof room and quiet nice area. Luas right outside.

Liked: The room was brilliant and so was the location beside tha Lucas and a pub
Disliked: Couldn’t get the shower to go a bit cold was very warm
