Very good

Liked: We liked the location. The room was spotless and the staff very helpful.
Disliked: Renovation works were going on and so was a little noisy but I’m sure it will be worth it when finished.

Disappointed!!

Liked: Location
Disliked: Construction work which started just after 7am. Staff unconcerned and flippant. Room expensive during construction - hotel a mess!

Great location to explore Dublin

Liked: The location right by the tram stop and in a quiet area , comfortable bed and very friendly staff
Disliked: The rooms are dated, they are not very soundproof (we could hear neighbours talking , doors banging upstairs and next door and people talking in the corridor. The breakfast would need improvement too

It was ok

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: They are going through renovations and the noise was really bad. The didn’t advise when we booked. The offered us a reduction and after two followup emails have not heard back from them regarding the credit
