Amazing location, but not good...

Liked: The location was amazing and the staff at reception was supportive every time we reached out to them.
Disliked: The bad mattress was old and not comfortable. The hallways in the holte smelled bad. The hotel requires a renovation. The wellness world experience is not very good, the staff did not understand english very much and provided almost zero info about their services.

Liked: The room was comfortable. There was a water machine in the hallway to refill your water bottle, kettle, or cup. The gym and sauna were very nice and offered water and fruit. We ate at the bistro attached to the hotel. We were in a hurry and our service was quick and delicious.

Liked: The location is spectacular. You are literally steps away from all of the main attractions and museums.

Wonderful stay, friendly service and...

Liked: The location was great. Pillow was so comfy. We were pleased by the Housekeeping and receptionists were so helpfull and cheerful.
Disliked: The rugs made us a little allergic, ı reccommend to make renovations of the rugs.

Comfortable hotel with good facilities...

Liked: Great location anf very comfortable room. The executive lounge was brilliant, good variety of food and drink in happy hour
Disliked: The day before we arrived I had an email saying I had to register for online checkin. Wasted half an hour trying and failing to make it work.
