Bad

Liked: We to date have not had a response from the property on requesting to cancel/ postpone for future use.
Disliked: Poor communication from the property.

Liked: Nice amount of room and comfortable space
Disliked: Breakfast does not come with booking and hotel food cost more than we were willing to spend.

Family vacation

Liked: Location and pool
Disliked: Had to move rooms because TV wasn’t working. I felt like it was a hassle so didn’t complain about the refrigerator not working. The shower head was not working properly so got blasted and face and hair got wet.

Perfect stay in the heart...

Liked: Bang in the center of the Southlake town square -- doesn't get any better. The staff is super friendly. Special shoutout to Austin at the front desk who was extremely helpful with catering to my room preferences.
Disliked: They should not charge for parking as it is available in abundance.

Liked: Location was perfect for access to DFW airport. Plenty of nearby restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was great.
