Very good

Liked: Location, location, location.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet in my opinion was no better than a free continental breakfast. Parking was awful, but other than that I will be back very clean, friendly, and comfortable.

Liked: The fireplace area outside of the hotel is nice
Disliked: I am very disappointed about the reception staff. We made the booking of 2 rooms, we got one room 512 and the other one 745 when we checked in,I asked the staff's help to check if we could get the rooms on the same floor, while he answered immediately all their rooms have been sold out.When I entered the room 745, the toilet is not installed, all the drawers are open and the room smells like it was just renovated. Obviously it is not available and safe for people to live in.I had to go to the reception again, but surprisingly this time another staff changed a room for me on the 5th floor! I am so surprised that why the first staff don't even check for me when I firstly asked him and just replied all rooms sold out, if all sold out, how can they change a room for me???

Liked: Nice location w easy access to highway and dining and shopping areas. Well maintained if not new.
Disliked: A little more water from the shower would be nice. Speakman anystream maybe.
