Terrible

Liked: Not much - the elevators were nice
Disliked: The temperature in the room was terrible. The heating and cooling unit is antiquated and loud. Beds were lumpy and the pillows flat. Stayed for 3 nights, and not one room refresh the entire time. No microwave in room…staff was kind of rude. I hated it

Great stay but disappointed in...

Liked: Great location, easy access and clean, neat and tidy. Late check out was great
Disliked: The front desk made a mistake on our booking, double charged us and then lied about why, when and how it happened. I asked them how would they like it if they had pre paid on Booking.com and then found out by checking their bank account that they had been charged not only a holding fee (understandable) but the full price of the booking again. It was almost $1000 AUD that was taken from my bank account!!! I am still waiting for a refund!!! 😡 they have promised a refund but we r now in LA and still no refund 😤I could understand the mistake but the deception infuriated me and ruined our stay!!!

Nice but a little frustrating

Liked: It was newly renovated and very comfortable
Disliked: We had no hot water so could not shower

Liked: Nice lobby, pretty clean room
Disliked: Small room, no free breakfast, no minibar, free WiFi required lots of personal info which I wasn’t willing to provide, so no . Upon check in they assigned us a room. Went up and neither key card worked. Went back to front desk and they called an engineer to meet us. He said it was the battery in the door, and then a woman opens the door and says she is staying there. Back down to the desk, with all our stuff, and get another room. No apologies, no offer of compensation. Would not recommend

Marley Brothers concert staycation!

Liked: The bed was very comfortable! The Hot Tub was great! And they even let us use their scissors to cut a tshirt for our concert! NICE AND Clean Stay!
Disliked: No complaints at all!
