Kids everywhere

Liked: The room staff and property were amazing! However I only booked the hotel for the jacuzzi! After seeing children I mean literal toddlers in diapers in the hot tub all day I called and asked them if there was a time the children had to be out the hottub sadly there isn’t!
Disliked: I understand kids love the pool but the Hilton is an upscale hotel and I paid almost 240 for my room for one night only so I can use the hotel! I travel for work and that distressed me it’s why I chose your hotel! However It closed at 11 and as of 1045 it was still overrun with small children I was bummed and doubt we will go back!

Disliked: Large gap under room door allowing to hear EVERYTHING from hallway. Had to place towel under door to muffle noise. Room 508
