Liked: I love that it was so close to the mall. Staff was nice but not very helpful.
Disliked: For the Cost of the room, parking should have been free, and or a breakfast should have been provided. Room Doors made a ton of sound when opening them. Please use WD40.

Liked: Friendly and accommodating staff.
Disliked: The lobby was very nice and the staff was welcoming. Once I got to my floor, there was a pizza box by the elevators that never got picked up. There was a red stain on the hallway carpet. I was looking forward to a hot shower. It took 30 minutes to get a luke warm temperature and the water flow was weak. I expected more luxury from this hotel.

We would stay here again.

Liked: We loved the property. The location was excellent as far as being close to shopping and restaurants. Minor cleanliness issues in the actual hotel room, but the rest of the hotel and pool area were wonderful.
