Love the area and this...

Liked: The location is perfect for shopping and dining
Disliked: I think it’s ridiculous to charge guests for overnight parking.

Double charged

Liked: We were double charged. At check in, we told them we were. We are told that the Pending money on one of our accounts would fall off. It did not. Have had the hardest time getting this straightened out

Friendly staff but terrible property...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and professional and the location was great being connected to Easton mall
Disliked: The hotel was older and the power went out multiple times for 8-10 hours at a time which made it difficult to sleep well especially with a 4 year old and 1 year old It was a holiday weekend so we were stuck in that hotel as we couldn’t move out I was there for a wedding and the power was out the morning of the wedding while we attempted to get dressed, took a shower with my phone flashlight
