Disliked: The staff at breakfast was rude; the toilet broke

Liked: Very clean, comfortable, luxurious
Disliked: Ordered breakfast as room service based on an order tag in the room but the amounts weren't clear and what appeared to be a single breakfast for about $19 turned into $35 due to fees and add ons that appeared to be included in the price.
