Excellent stay with exceptional service....

Liked: Very clean. It was nice to have direct access to the hotel from the parking garage. Staff provided excellent service. Room service was nice. Great location.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Staff was clfroendly
Disliked: I was placed in room 321 only to find it occupied. Staff promptly got le a dofferwnt room though, not sure how this happened. Air clndirioner in the room is too loud.

Liked: Centrally located. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Was told I would have handicapped accessible room( I am in wheelchair with limited mobility on walker). When I checked in I was told none available- very uncomfortable stay for me…

Would definitely stay again.

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was super nice, I felt it was a bit overpriced, I mean $425.00 for one night. But it was within walking distance to many places.
Disliked: It was a bit pricey for one night. $425.00
