Our check in was at 3pm. We did not get into a room until 5pm because they did not have any "available". Front desk was extremely rude - multiple charges to the credit card that they could not explain.

Disliked: When I searched for hotels that provided free breakfast, this one came up in the search. When I found out that they didn't provide free breakfast, I was disjointed. I think the search engine needs to do better with filtering results on the app.

Disliked: We requested rooms to be close and they were opposite sides of the building. Made reservations online and check in was at 3pm and checkout was at 12pm but then was informed that the policy changed earlier in the week when I made the reservation and was told around 10:30am the day of check out that we needed to be out by 11:00am! Did not want to accommodate at all. Breakfast was not included and the price per person is outrageous! $21.00 per person per night! Total cost for two rooms for one night was $301.00 and in my opinion was not worth it at all.
