Our check in was at 3pm. We did not get into a room until 5pm because they did not have any "available". Front desk was extremely rude - multiple charges to the credit card that they could not explain.

Disliked: Terrible experience.

Liked: How quiet it was.
Disliked: The ice bucket had trash in it and no plastic inserts.I took a shower and I have really long hair and the creme rinse was completely empty. Thank god I did bring detangler with me because my comb would not go through my hair. I called the front desk the next day and they filled it immediately.

great stay

Liked: room was clean and organized and comfortable.
Disliked: I was confused about the breakfast voucher but ot got figured out and everything was good.

Liked: I like the hotel 2nd shift front desk he was amazing. 1st shift was really rude and noway I am paying 20 per person to eat breakfast my kids was wanting food
