Liked: I liked everything about the property.
Disliked: I was charged an extra 189.00 that they never refunded because they claim they didn’t see my name in the system.

Liked: I like the location because it is close to family, shops, and restaurants. The room was very quiet. People were celebrating and loud in the lobby, and other floors, I did not hear them even though I was on their 1st floor, which is actually like a 2nd floor. I rested well.
Disliked: I didn't like that my room door opened outward. Nothing occurred to me or my belongings, and I could see security staff in the lobby. I prefer a room where the door opens inside the room.

Liked: I LIKE THE HOTEL'S LOCATION, IT IS NOT REALLY A POPULAR AREA TO WALK IN. BUT THERE ARE A FEW RESTAURANTS AND QUICK AND CONVENIENT STORES NEARBY FOR EMERGENCY CASES. STAFF WAS NICE AT CHECK IN, NOT MUCH TO SAY THERE. DID NOT NEED THEM MUCH AT ALL.
Disliked: I WOULD SAY THE UPKEEPING OF THE POOL AREA WAS NEEDED, IT WAS WATER ALL OVER THE PLACE, LIKE PUDDLES IN AREAS IT SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN. THERE WERE NO TOWELS AT ALL IN THE AREA WHERE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN, WHICH WAS A DOWNFALL DUE TO US HAVING YOUNG CHILDREN AND BEING TOLD THERE WOULD BE SOME PROVIDED.
