Disliked: Rude checkin staff, didn’t accommodate us as we were told on the phone with the floor, room type nor extra bed so my children of opposite genders, 8 years apart didn’t have to share a bed and we had a huge mix up with breakfast that we paid for but was told we didn’t! Paid $88 for 1 1/2 pancakes, 4 pieces of bacon, 4 sausage links, a small bowl of oatmeal, 5 blackberries and 1 tablespoon of potatoes. Just awful nickel and dime-ing, simply unfair! We will never stay again!Pool was cold!

Disliked: In the room the window is in need of some repair. I was concerned that it was so damaged it might have mold since I am very allergic.On Booking.com, this location is listed that it includes breakfast. It doesn't and that was an extra $50.

Overpriced, old and dusty.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Rooms were old, dusty & dirty. I paid a premium and then had to pay to park there. No complimentary breakfast. Coffee was over priced and tasted bad. I asked for a pack n play for my daughter, was promised one & it never came. No onsight laundry like many other places have. Elevators take FOREVER. Breakfast was expensive and NOT good.
