Very convenient to ORD. The...

Liked: Very convenient to the airport.
Disliked: The restaurant was super busy and seemed to be short staffed. We had to wait quite a while to get through dinner but the only waiter we saw was very pleasant and was working as fast as he could.

Liked: the room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: the pick up from terminal 5 we waited for more than an hour. I sent message ahead of time. It took forever to get through on phone.
