Liked: Very close to the airport, nice to get to our room after a long international flight. Upon checkout, the receptionist discounted our stay due to all of the issues listed below.
Disliked: AT over $400 per night, I'd expect much better from Hilton. First, the fact that they wanted to charge $15 for wifi is ridiculous. The bath towels were old and very thin. The shower was old and didn't drain: after a 5 min shower, there was 2" of standing water. Dirty, old carpeting. Furnishings were dated. An old coffee maker with paper cups. For a highpriced Hilton I'd expect ceramic coffee cups, a robe & slippers, some toiletries, etc. Hilton, you can do better.

Liked: Location and the convenience to an early morning flight at OHare.
Disliked: Given the location of the facility, I thought the cost of the room was excessive and access to food during the evening was too limited. I arrived after 7pm and found access to food limited given time constraints. I stayed at this location because I needed to rest for at least six hours as I was traversing airports and had an early morning (5AM) flight with a long day of traveling the next day. When I arrived, the bar was full and the cafe had a limited selection of food, so Doritos and a Coke had to do. As a business and personal traveler, I am suggesting a special airport program that might be attractive to more passengers traversing airports or living in the Chicago area. Traveling from Midway or the suburbs to O'Hare to take an early morning flight is difficult and expensive. I think an opportunity to secure a room with a discounted rate for travelers with arrival and departure times are within an eight-hour, overnight window would be popular and appreciated by Hilton customers.
