Upon arrive, we were greeted and checked in. Then, to our wonderful surprise, we were randomly upgraded to the Frank Lloyd Wright Suite. How awesome was that! The staff were super nice, attentive to our needs, and always looked to help make our stay amazing. And they did not fall short. Probably the best experience we've ever had staying at a Hilton.

Liked: We were upgraded to the Frank Lloyd Wright suite upon arrive - anniversary. Staff were perfect - professional and gave us probably the best hotel experience ever! Would stay at this Hilton over and over again. Wonderful professionals!
Disliked: Not really any bad points.

Booked here because we were taking my mother to the Broadway Playhouse to see 'I Love Lucy'. She has alzheimers, and can't walk far. It was a perfect location. And having the suite made it easy for us to have mom go to bed early, while my sisters and I visited. It was a great 'Girls Weekend'.

Chicago Hilton/Magnificent Mile

Liked: Comfortable beds, nice and spacious, excellent location. Australian Cafe connected to hotel was wonderful as well
Disliked: Rooms could use an update. Windows were filthy( nice view of lake, but would have been nice to see through a clean window). Nut shells on floor of living room discovered after we checked in. Also bathroom faucets were very loose

A great 24 hours in...

Liked: We loved the location and price, considering it was well within walking distance of most of your typical, touristy Chicago destinations. The staff were so kind and seemed genuinely excited to help in any way they could.
Disliked: No real complaints about the property other than my son, who slept in the pull out sofa of the king suite, said that the mattress was thin and he could feel the frame while laying on the bed. But, it’s a pullout couch, so our expectations were realistic on this.
