Upon arrive, we were greeted and checked in. Then, to our wonderful surprise, we were randomly upgraded to the Frank Lloyd Wright Suite. How awesome was that! The staff were super nice, attentive to our needs, and always looked to help make our stay amazing. And they did not fall short. Probably the best experience we've ever had staying at a Hilton.

Liked: We were upgraded to the Frank Lloyd Wright suite upon arrive - anniversary. Staff were perfect - professional and gave us probably the best hotel experience ever! Would stay at this Hilton over and over again. Wonderful professionals!

Liked: Close to restaurant and Broadway Playhouse. Clean; good food - would definitely stay here again!

Booked here because we were taking my mother to the Broadway Playhouse to see 'I Love Lucy'. She has alzheimers, and can't walk far. It was a perfect location. And having the suite made it easy for us to have mom go to bed early, while my sisters and I visited. It was a great 'Girls Weekend'.

Liked: Comfortable and spacious rooms. Hotel is within walking distance of several places that we went to. The friendly staff.
Disliked: The only problem we experienced was almost losing our backpacks. We somehow ended up with the wrong ticket and when we went to pick our backpacks up, the employee couldn't find them. We had to describe them, finally located them, and were shown that the ticket numbers didn't match.

Liked: I liked that I was able to walk to the train, water tower, many restaurants, down Michigan Avenue, all around. I felt comfortable, safe, and happy. It was fun going to the pool on the top floor that overlooks Lake Michigan. It was all beautiful.
Disliked: The hotel was a little pricey, but I think that's just Chicago in general.
