Beautiful room! From the doorman to the front desk to the bartender to the room.... the restaurant for breakfast was outstanding! Best stay ever!
Liked: Excellent all the way around. Great place to stay!
Disliked: Be careful parking. It is kind of hard to see the doorman and the front of the hotel.

Liked: To start out I had a complicated request for the Hilton due to a credit card issue and they helped me make my experience awesome - they rapidly took care of the problem which was my fault and everything worked out awesome! The valet was outstanding - super quick and professional service; the patio on the roof was amazing. Thank you Hilton checkers!

Recommend to stay if you...
Liked: The Hotel and the room was beautiful, as I expected during booking. The bed is good quality, pillow is soft enough. The location is super good, closed to center with many attractions around, within walking distance.
Disliked: I felt too bad with front dest. Aftẻ more than 20 hours flight from Vietnam, I wanted a short rest in my room before getting to the business dinner later on. But I was stopped by front desk by the reason "the booking is not under my real name as in my ID". Well, it happened with Booking.com that I could do the same with various hotels in the US, not the first time. But what made me total disappointed was the front desk's manner. Instead of helping me out by reaching to local Booking.com or any other way to change my name, which is the hotel policy, she turned her face and asked me to do everything by myself, even I could not borrow the phone to make a call. this was not my first time staying at Hilton. I did had a booking from problem at Hilton Garden Inn, Staten Island, New York, but the staff there was so helpful and friendly to explained and helped me out. So in overal, I was satisfied with the hotel for the price more than $200/night, which is not cheap. But I was totally upset with the front desk lady, who I saw behaved bad with two other guests before me, by saying "would you please stand a side to give privacy to this guest" with a demanding look as if she was granted something to beggars, while I was too sure that those two guests had to pay above $200 like I did.

Good hotel for Downtown LA
Liked: Excellent staff. Comfortable room. Location if you required access to downtown/Crypto arena for hockey
Disliked: Valet only parking, and this was expensive, particularly when it is the next door garage that is used (using this is $18 compared to valet $54 plus tax). Also compulsory $30 destination charge, which is just a hike in room rate for little benefit
