Beautiful room! From the doorman to the front desk to the bartender to the room.... the restaurant for breakfast was outstanding! Best stay ever!
Liked: Excellent all the way around. Great place to stay!
Disliked: Be careful parking. It is kind of hard to see the doorman and the front of the hotel.

Liked: To start out I had a complicated request for the Hilton due to a credit card issue and they helped me make my experience awesome - they rapidly took care of the problem which was my fault and everything worked out awesome! The valet was outstanding - super quick and professional service; the patio on the roof was amazing. Thank you Hilton checkers!

Nice hotel and view but...
Liked: I liked the location and city view.
Disliked: The booking was misleading because the rooftop is closed. There’s no tables or restaurant or breakfast up there which is the whole reason for my booking. The staff was not friendly.

Disliked: The bed is not comfortable, and the room is narrow.

Check-in: Bad, Check out: Great.
Liked: The hotel is very near to financial centre and downtown. The receptionist- Slyvia was very helpful and understanding.
Disliked: During the check-in, there have been some problems. I can not remember the names of the guys at the reception during our check-in, they were not helpful at all. We had some problems with the payment process. We had to pay 2 or 3 times, and they needed to cancel some payments. This took time and we are still waiting for the back payment. There was no water to drink in the rooms, I requested but the receptionist indicated that they give it only to Hilton Honors members. Talking about a bottle of Water! After the shift, Sylvia helped us very well. Although our reservation included breakfast, we were asked for coupons in the morning. But during the check-in, we were not given any coupons. I had to solve the problem and inform the receptionist. Again, Sylvia took the initiative and solved the problem. Thank you, Sylvia! The other guys need to improve their communication and problem-solving skills.

Disliked: parking. no hotel parking had to valet and pay 57$ per day. even after calling before booking on line and asking front desk if hotel had hotel parking. gentleman responded yes.
