Liked: They have rectified my concerns very quickly this time. and I am glad that they are listening to my first review 6 weeks ago when I stayed previously to this trip.
Disliked: a few minor details are still not up to premium standard hotel.

Liked: Location is excellent. Short walking distance to centrum of Cambridge. A lot of shops, cafe, restaurants in vicinity. Main bus stop to a lot destinations is very close.. Staff was very helpful and well organized.
Disliked: It was too cold for us and we can't raise a room temperature (aircon works only on cooling mode, so we switched it off)..

Perfect choice for a Cambridge...

Liked: Perfect central Cambridge location, easily accessible (from London) by train and bus. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and no problems for short-term storage of luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Excellent buffet breakfast with a good selection of food and drinks on offer. Central atrium giving great atmosphere to the communal areas.
Disliked: Our top 4th floor room was a little cramped and with restricted views but clean and with all facilities including a big screen tv. Room cost would have been more acceptable if breakfast (£20 extra per person per day) had been included

Excellent stay and superb breakfast!

Liked: The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. Also an extra bonus was listening to Lucia playing the piano during our evening meal.
Disliked: The noisy aircon units outside our window but this was promptly sorted by a change of room.
