Very enjoyable

Liked: Location was perfect.Comfortable beds and spacious rooms.Staff were fabulous.Executive lounge was a nice extra touch that we were not expecting.
Disliked: Slightly better cleaning around tap areas and the balcony furniture could do with updating.

Amazing location and buffet

Liked: The room was a bit dated and building needed a wash up, buffet was outstanding and room service for gluten free amazing
Disliked: Just needs a clean up outside compared to all the other hotels it looks dirty

Liked: Location was very good close to the ocean and restaurants. Respective personel.
Disliked: Hotel building was very old. Inside room was humid with bad smell. Bath had no fan, so after shower, all the mirrors was steamed for hours. Pool was dirty with adhesive bandage, plastic bag, and leafs inside it, Jacuzzi water was very dirty (unusable).

Liked: Beautiful hotel, great location, great cocktails at Gin Social.
Disliked: There was long thick black hair through all the towels and bathroom. My hair is blonde, my families brunette. It made me feel dirty. The car parking situation is also pretty terrible especially for those with big cars. We were also charged $58 for a bottle of wine that at any other bottle shop is only $20-$25.
