Liked: Great location, but services are in great need of improvement
Disliked: We chose the breakfast-included option only to find out it was not buffet-style; it was ordered from a set menu!The available options were very limited, with little variety and few healthy choices. The facilities also looked outdated—dirty or worn mirrors and everything in general felt old.The worst parts were the elevators and the parking. There were only two elevators, and only one was working. We had to wait a long time for it to arrive, and to make matters worse, it was very small, so we couldn’t even fit in with our luggage.As for the parking, we had no issue with paying for it, since that’s fairly standard, but there was only ONE valet attendant. In the mornings, when everyone wanted to leave, the wait to get your car could be up to 30 minutes. Considering it was high season and knowing there’s increased demand for valet service at certain times, they should definitely hire more staff to meet that need.There were also two pool areas, but both were far too small to accommodate all the guests. As for beach service, there was none. They charged for umbrella rentals, which are usually included...

Disliked: The check in is too late at 4h pm, it can be at 2h pm at least.

Liked: The elevator is not working. The toilet is not working I ask for fix they did not . The bathroom has nothing to handle towels .

Will not stay here again

Liked: No complimentary breakfast,No towels to even wash our face.Front desk wouldn’t answer when we called.Had only one working elevator,very inconvenient for all the guest.People we’re waiting for long periods of time for the elevator to come to them.The outside poolside,rooftop and beach were beautiful.The inside of the hotel didn’t met my needs expectations.Dirty walls,Hand prints all over the elevator,Hadn’t been cleaned in a while.Rooms outdated..Dirty carpet in the hallways

Liked: The view of the ocean and the coffee shop
Disliked: There were cockroaches in the room one dead one live baby I killed. The shower had no way to keep the water in flooded the bathroom whenever we took a shower had to use our towels to make a barrier. The hot tub was not hot at all pool was hotter?? There was one tiny elevator the other was broken. The valets were not to helpful pretty sure one of them stuck gum on the back of my car and scratched another persons car. There were stains on the carpet in the room. The elevator was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Was always full and took for ever to use. Stairs were quicker and I was on the 10th floor. Would not recommend for the price your better off at a days inn.
