Ideal hotel to enjoy Burlington...
Liked: In a brilliant location , very comfortable , great staff . Enjoyed using the bikes .
Disliked: We got a parking fine , despite paying for parking in the hotel , take care to check before you leave .

Disappointing
Liked: The location.
Disliked: The room we had wasn’t as clean as I expected; stains on wall, mirror, bathroom door, hair on ceiling, live bugs on floor. There wasn’t access to a hair dryer.

Disliked: Bathroom was VerY small and had no fan for showering so it was very steamy. The pool and hot tub could use some updating. The refreshment center never had ice.

We came hoke early… need...
Liked: It was clean and welcoming.
Disliked: We were not checked in until after 4:45 pm when check in time was 4 pm. We were given a daily $10 coupon per guest to use at the cafe and the restaurant. We were staying for 2 nights and the woman at the cafe took both coupons the first time we used it (equaling $20) The area around marketplace was sketchy and full of homeless people panhandling and drug addicts shooting up in the streets. We went for a walk around town on Sunday and when we returned our keys no longer worked to open our rooms. We packed up and came home early.

Nice weekend trip
Liked: The view was nice, and parking was simple (easily accessible on site garage). The room was clean and comfortable. For the price and location, we thought it was great. It is very walkable to almost anywhere. For people who take Amtrak to Burlington, it's maybe a 5 minute walk, if that, from the station.
Disliked: Our bathroom had no fan (that we found?), so our room would stay very humid. After using the bathroom and then going out for the day, when we came back, our windows were still soaked with condensation.

Never again at Hilton! I...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Lighting in room was not sufficient. No night light in bathroom made it difficult to maneuver from bed to bathroom & back. Heating controls did nothing to change temperature which remained cool throughout stay. To make matters worse, I prepaid through Booking.com. This is posted as $240.61. When I returned home, I see another billing from the hotel for$207. I called hotel and was told by a very non friendly individual that they would deal with Booking.com to resolve. I think that they should immediately credit me the $ 207 + the difference between the 2 amounts. So far, I see nothing on my credit card account. How would you feel?
