Liked: We?ve stayed here several times. Love the location; close to shopping, walking along the public paths, breweries.
Disliked: Room was next to the elevator with head of bed against the same wall. Not a great sleeping experience

Limited service hotel with a...
Liked: The location was really great and helpful in getting around without having to get our car out of the garage. The pool was easy to find and access and wasn't too busy each day. Hot tub was big and allowed for multiple groups in their without having to be right next to each other. Generally pretty clean and the room was functional and met expectations.
Disliked: I didn't like that there was no F&B available. Having room service would have been very helpful and we would have used it several times. Also, the lobby bathrooms were closed and otherwise it seemed like the front desk staff were really overwhelmed and understaffed. Pool towels took well over an hour on Thursday and 10 different people were swimming and waiting around for towels. We couldn't get a wine opener "because we don't offer those" as we were told and the front desk staff tried to get one up to us but they couldn't get away from the desk. A little thing but clearly very few people work there despite being full. And 3 hour notice for going in our guest room? Seriously? Its not April 2020. Either you are running a hotel or you are not. Its like you've stripped out every single expense you could and are just selling hotel rooms with the least amount of effort. COVID isn't an excuse anymore, its definitely possible to safely operate a hotel during these conditions and still provide services and value to your guests.

Disliked: The fact there are no more king size beds room that?s what I had reserved and when I got there I ended up getting a two queen room
