Liked: We had a room with a balcony and we didn’t expect the balcony to be that big. The view of the Disneyland fireworks was a bonus!
Disliked: We could hear our neighbors playing music from outside but beside that, it was nice and quiet.

Liked: The room is wide and clean
Disliked: there always was no some tool in the room and the staff are not kind for me to ask somethingoverally, I think the staffs' kindness to customer should be needed contray to adavantages such as very good room and location
