Unbearably bad service - hotel...

Disliked: Unbearably bad service: six weeks in advance I asked for a quiet room on the highest floor possible, what did I get? The noisiest room in the hotel on the second floor directly opposite the main entrance to the main station. What already seemed like a bad joke was made even worse by the hotel's explanation: I had made my request too early, the rooms would only be allocated two days before arrival! So why on earth didn't you give me the room I wanted, dear Hilton team?Not to mention the fact that the absolute rip-off cabs are waiting right outside the hotel and the hotel lets you plunge into the disaster and refers you explicitly to these scammers (I asked them to call another cab for me, they promised to do so and the next morning they asked me to take one of these rib-off cabs). It would be very surprising if the hotel didn't know about the cabs ripping off hotel guests in front of the door. Shameful!
