Disappointing.
Disliked: The hotel took a security desposit which they said would be refunded after check-out. At the time of check-out, the receptionist said all was ok and the amount would be transferred back to my card. As per my bank statement, the hotel has deducted £29 from the security deposit. I had called the hotel to ask about it - after almost 20 minutes of waiting i was connected to the reception where i was given an email address to write to. Thw hotel still hasnt gotten back to me on my email re: the deduction. Firstly, they dont even have the courtesy to inform the guest as to why the deduction has taken place but to not even answer to the email is just poor service. This was not expected from a brand like Hilton.

Enjoyable comfort;

Welcoming staff. Tired rooms :...
Liked: Didn’t have breakfast. Reception staff friendly. Lobby welcoming and aesthetically pleasing.
Disliked: Very jaded , tired rooms. Chipped furniture . Headboard with a pen mark on it and worn areas. Bathroom didn’t smell particularly fresh and there was an old piece of toilet paper on the floor next to the toilet .
