Know what you are getting...
Liked: Easy to check-in, friendly staff. Big room, worked nicely for a couple of days.

Liked: Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is close to underground stations with easy access to the city.

Liked: As I have said so many times to anyone who?d listen, I LOVE this hotel. The breakfast buffet is spectacular and room service is delightful.
Disliked: I didn?t have a pleasant time my most recent trip, however. It was my 21st birthday weekend and I just wanted everything to go smoothly. I booked an executive suite and I wasn?t made aware of the executive lounge and what they offer until the very last night of my stay which was very disappointing. My heater was also not working the whole stay. I called the front desk 3 times about it and it wasn?t until my last night that they came and told me my heater wasn?t going to work and that I could either stay in the very cold room or switch rooms. So I had to pack all my things and change rooms to a smaller one. For the price I paid for the 3 nights, I would?ve liked to have had a decent stay.

It was great; would stay...
Liked: The staff at the front desk were great. So friendly and attentive. They let us check our bags hours before we checked in to our room and then held them the next day after we checked out. It?s clear that these employees took pride in doing their job well!

Liked: Clean, quiet, very comfortable beds.
Disliked: I booked a king when I arrived after they took my payment they decided to tell me they didnt have a king but could give me a queen room. So I paid more that I should have.

Average, not worth the money...
Liked: The bed was extra comfy and location!
Rooms were clean and had all the neccessities!
Disliked: The customer service was poor. Staff weren't customer centric, they did not seem to know the area well when asked about basic locations that most travellers would ask for. We asked if there was a currency exchange nearby we were told they only know of the one in the airport, very poor. Another occasion they ran out of umbrellas on a really rainy NY day, seemed unbothered to help in any other way, have never experienced this lack of care from other Hiltons around the world. Had to constantly for basic neccesities alot of the time (complimentary bottles of water, toothbrush kits, etc.) And would be given the bare minimum unless you asked for more. Was not offered to have my bags taken to the room on arrival, had to lug it to my room myself, as well as on check out. Overall vibe given off by the staff is that they couldn't care less about the customers in the hotel.
