Disliked: The room we booked through Booking.com was a superior queen room with sea view and a kitchen area. When shown to our room the hotel explained that there are no rooms in the hotel with a kitchen area. So you mis-represented the room. The kitchen area was of p[articular importance to us, see description from my booking below:'Queen Superior Room with Sea View and Balcony Meals can be prepared in the well-fitted kitchen, which comes with a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave. The spacious double room provides air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, a balcony with sea views as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The unit offers 1 bed. 'In addition we had noises in the room throughout the night ranging from phone alarms and buzzing from the air-conditioning.
