Disliked: at 6 in the morning i was woken up by a gym class below me. Having arrived at past 9 in the evening, i couldn't check in. luckily after she helped with another guest there was a member of staff that came to help

Liked: The location was convenient, very clean and tidy enjoyed the stay. Good quick and easy check in.

Liked: The room was very clean and very spacious, The breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold food, The staff were very helpful and polite. The self check in/out option was very easy to use also.
Disliked: We were in a room above the gym so at times we could feel and hear the music from below, the base from the music came straight through the floor but wasn't to early or late at night.

Cleaning needs attention as room...

Disliked: Dusty, underneath the bed were stuff from other people which means it was not vacuumed,clogged shower room water comes out while bathing we have to wait taking shower time longer.
