Liked: Property was really nice. Good ambiance. Breakfast has great variety. Room was really clean and bit bigger then usual, comfortable beg, chairs.Lovely the washroom.
Disliked: The lift would take longer than usual. Always need to wait for long.

Disliked: Staff where great, hotel was clean, rooftop bar closed for private event (no signage until you got to level 8) next to no options at the LoweR bar.The bed was the loudest, creakiest bed I have ever known, moving even a hand made it creak, made it nearly impossible to get to sleep, wouldn’t stay again.

Traumatic nightmare

Liked: Nothing. Nightmare. Traumatic experience for both my elderly mother and I.
Disliked: Staff are pathological liars, who seemed trained to say no manager around when there has to always be one on duty. No maintenance team to fix a unsecured toilet seat or flickering lights. They refused to fix, refused to change room, refused to refund despite leaving at 8pm because there was answer to any of the calls to room service, house keeping or guest service. They also refused to add their loyalty scheme to a booking. Com reservation. Also located on top of a hill.
