Comfortable apart from the car...
Liked: Convenient locationThe bed was very comfortable, good quality mattress, pillow s and cover
Disliked: I could not find a window that l can open in the bedroom, strange?The car park entrance was not usual and the staff failed to point it out. After parking, l was not sure how to leave the car park, l was not the only one trying to find how to walk out of the car park .The male staff at reception was unhelpful.

Liked: Clean spacious room and great location
Disliked: Very slow check in and having to pay £100.00 deposit for 2 nights stay. I stay in hotels around the world and never had to pay a refundable deposit. This makes Hilton look like you have undesirable guests
