I would not stay here...

Liked: The breakfast was great! The staff was also very helpful and kind.
Disliked: The hotel was absurdly loud, the indoor open pool made it so loud and the restaurant music was on until late. The hotel has several event rooms and seem to be very busy with events which makes it for a busy lobby and busy elevators. We didn't get our room cleaned on the two nights we stayed even though we asked for it, we didn't have soap in the bathroom and our TV didn't work.

I had a nice stay...

Liked: The property was clean. The staff was nice.
Disliked: I like the fact they had a heated indoor pool. However, the pool area was very cold and drafty, but I don’t know. It would have been nice if they had complementary breakfast but I guess that’s where the parking comes in. Some of the stuff in my room didn’t work like the lights above both beds. But it was OK. Nothing to complain about.

It was perfect for what...

Liked: I love the way it was set up the hotel room was beautiful and comfortable.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact where it’s located made it difficult to travel outside of the parking lot. Also the variety of the menu for room service shoulda been a little bigger.

Disliked: The tap water as dirty and the room location was awkwardly located.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that the pool area was soo cold! It wasn’t a heated pool so, it makes no sense! I wanted to get in the pool but I couldn’t..
