Liked: Good location, comfy room.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned one day - even though we were out all day and the do not disturb sign was not on the door - and the staff was rude and dismissive when we asked for the sheets to be changed and the bed made (we had to call 3 times). It took 40 minutes to get the clean sheets and towels and they brought the wrong things and it took another 20 mins to get the correct things. Since it was around 10pm, they said there was no one on staff who could make the bed, so we had to do it ourselves. The same night, the fire alarm went off in the room next to ours. It took 30 mins to get shut off, and while we (the whole hallway) were waiting for the alarm to be turned off, another guest told us that they had their alarm go off earlier that day because the steam from their shower set it off and that the staff member sent to fix it told them that it was an ongoing issue that was common in the hotel. The person whose alarm was going off that night also confirmed that the shower is what set it off.
