We stayed on 10/26/12 for a concert at the Wilbur. I was quite concerned after reading reviews that were either 1 star or 5 stars. I gave it 5 stars and wonder what the 1 star reviewers experienced. We had a deluxe room which, for the $20 more per night, was absolutely worth it. The lobby is beautiful, the staff was friendly and efficient, the elevators ran perfectly, and the experience was excellent. If one is trying to skimp on everything, one should not be surprised if things aren't perfect. Spend the extra money. We'll stay there again.

Would look elsewhere if ataying

Liked: The location was great, in a nice area
Disliked: The room was terrible, toilet was broke, found garbage in the room from whoever stayed there previously. Bed was so uncomfortably that I wasn’t able to sleep
