When I booked the reservation the person who helped was great, very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. A great price and staff, will definitely come visit again soon.

We stayed on 10/26/12 for a concert at the Wilbur. I was quite concerned after reading reviews that were either 1 star or 5 stars. I gave it 5 stars and wonder what the 1 star reviewers experienced. We had a deluxe room which, for the $20 more per night, was absolutely worth it. The lobby is beautiful, the staff was friendly and efficient, the elevators ran perfectly, and the experience was excellent. If one is trying to skimp on everything, one should not be surprised if things aren't perfect. Spend the extra money. We'll stay there again.

Disliked: Just OK checkin, but room was not what we booked. Being woken in the middle of the night and standing in the street for 30 minutes, because some idiot pulled an alarm. Then no apology or compensation at checkout.

Liked: The hotel was comfortable, quiet, and very easy to access. It was just a three-minute walk to the subway station. In terms of value for money, it was excellent. The staff were polite and helpful.
Disliked: Everything was fine; I didn’t encounter any negative situations.

Rather disappointing stay although the...

Liked: The lobby was nice and cozy as they hosted a singer. The vallet parking was very comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom was too tiny and the toilets were nearly practically inside the shower. In one of our two rooms the bed was small and was suitable for one person. The extra bed was terrible and was not compatible with sleep.
