When I booked the reservation the person who helped was great, very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. A great price and staff, will definitely come visit again soon.

We stayed on 10/26/12 for a concert at the Wilbur. I was quite concerned after reading reviews that were either 1 star or 5 stars. I gave it 5 stars and wonder what the 1 star reviewers experienced. We had a deluxe room which, for the $20 more per night, was absolutely worth it. The lobby is beautiful, the staff was friendly and efficient, the elevators ran perfectly, and the experience was excellent. If one is trying to skimp on everything, one should not be surprised if things aren't perfect. Spend the extra money. We'll stay there again.

Disliked: Everything is old. The room kind of stinks but you would get used to it over time. The front desk is too passive. The drain was clogged but got it fixed quickly. Some stuff were not provided in my room but were in my parents room. Coffee machine was not working

Liked: The staff was very professional and friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom didnt have a shower with a proper curtain and liner. Everytime we took a shower, the water would soak the cloth curtain and seep into the floor of the bathroom. The drain was clogged on the first night resulting in the bathroom flooding because of the edge of the shower and ineffective curtain.

Disliked: When we start with the Reception team. They were cold and unhelpful. Nothing that represents true hospitality. Room floors corridors were extremely dirty and not kept in a good condition. Rooms extremely small , bathroom very old furniture extremely dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, the radiator part in the bathroom was more then dirty r dusty. It was almost black.Bathtub old and not clean.Carpet area not vacuumed.No mini bar in the room.No slippers in the room no bathrobes also.AC very loud and cold through the night.

Worst value for money ever...

Disliked: 1. The room was a small SINGLE ROOM for one guest by all international hotel standards, even for 1 or 2-star hotels, and was sold to us as a DOUBLE ROOM for 2 guests. (By the way, at an exorbitant price) 2. In the bathroom of the room was hanging a colorful towel from a previous guest which implied that the room was not properly cleaned, if at all.3. My complaints were not noticed by the staff ( we were not moved to a bigger room for the first night, the used towel was removed the next!!! day and after a second complaint!!!
