Convenient but pricey
Liked: The hotel is in a fantastic location and the public areas are well-maintained.
Disliked: The room seemed a little dated and tired.

A bit pricey!
Liked: The bedroom was nice with a very comfortable bed.
Disliked: The facilities were a bit dated and not worth the price charged per night.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The bell captain was great.
Disliked: There was a hole in the wall of our room, seemingly from the bathroom door. There were stains on the bottom of the toilet. The shower barely had hot water. The closet door would not shut all the way. The view was terrible.

Liked: Location, clean, view
Disliked: A female staffer in the restaurant rudely yelled at us twice from across the room the minute we walked in for an early dinner, telling us where to stand & where not to loiter, I guess? We were walking in to check it out & likely eat there but walked out in disbelief at her lack of hospitality or basic manners.

A decent airport hotel
Liked: You can walk to the terminal from the hotel. Comfortable beds
Disliked: Not the most polite or friendly staff. Tv remote control didn’t work in the bedroom

Disliked: This is the most gross hotel experience I had. My son didn’t notice a gum residue on his bed before going to sleep. The gum got all over his pants, which he found out in the morning. I filed a complaint to the front desk. They told me that they are confirming with the cleaning team and inquiring about what cleaning product they are using. I showed him the pants covered with gum residue. The idea of cleaning product is a very stupid excuse. I told him that I need a follow-up explanation and solution because I need to go to the airport to catch my flight. Three days later, I did not hear anything back from them. I sent several messages to the number they contacted me about my stay. The team member just told me “One Moment Please”. I am a honored Hilton member and this is the most gross experience I had. I have to question their cleaning procedure. If a gum residue was on the bed, they did not change bed sheet at all. I would not book any Hilton hotel from now on. So gross.

Pleasant
Liked: Pool & convenience of being next to an airport terminal.
Disliked: Mini fridge was not cleaned out from previous guest. Had leftover food in it.

Disliked: meal was...sub par..overcooked fish..... cole slaw dry and overspiced. attendant at front entrance a bit overbearing and wrong about the at least half hour wait. was 5. glad we didnt wander

Excellent location for overnight stay....
Liked: Great location with direct walking access to terminals. Rooms are standard Hilton and perfectly OK. Sadly that's where it ends.
Disliked: With the exception of check-in, the staff were surly and unresponsive. A 20 minute wait for anyone to appear at their coffee shop in reception, and no apology or reason for them being absent. What used to be a good restaurant (many years ago) has become a fast food joint; the receptionist never smiled, was almost impossible to hear due to the multiple TVs blaring in the background, far too long a wait for service after getting to a table. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. The food options no better (if you like burgers this may be OK)Why is check-in on the 1st/ground floor? 90%+ of the traffic is to/from the airport on the 2nd floor, yet they make everyone come down escalator/elevator with their cases etc to 1st floor to then have to go back up again to, or beyond, the second floor. Sadly the hotel is relying on its location inside the airport with direct access to terminals.
