For the price and the...
Liked: Location, lobby smell
Disliked: For the price I was expecting a suite with a mini kitchen - the sofa bed was extremely lumpy and the bathroom design was horrid. There should have been 2 doors- one around the toilet and one around the sink!

Awesome location in the middle...
Liked: Staff and breakfast place in hotel

Disliked: I had originally booked the room reservation thru Booking.com. When I checked in, the front desk couldn't find my reservation even after I should them the Booking.com confirmation. Unknown to me at the time, the front desk charged me $329+ for the night. Had I not checked my bank account, I never would have known about the double booking. Thankfully, the hotel did refund me the amount after I called and complained, but still makes me suspicious.

Liked: The location is excellent in the middle of everything. The bed was comfortable. The coffee at breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room was tiny and had no view . The air conditioner kept making all kinds of noises was hard to stay asleep.

Liked: The staff were friendly and responsive . Fortunately the receptionist found us a better room with more natural light , larger space to move around and better bathroom. The staff were very accommodating and we greatly appreciated it. Also the staff was wonderfully friendly. I will consider another stay there because of their kind service.
Disliked: For the price our first room was horrible , dark, small and extremely disappointing. The front desk managed to find a better room , an?upgrade? for which we were not charged. We had already paid a king?s ransom for our room , so this small act of kindness truly saved our entire experience . Otherwise I would never consider returning to any Hilton Hotel . We were fortunate that the staff was so courteous.

Liked: Location and valet guy was really nice when we were leaving on Sunday morning.
Disliked: Staff at front desk not friendly. Room key didn?t work and front desk questioned me about it. Another couple was checked into the same room. Room was dirty. Hair on bed. Bathroom faucet and door broken. Air conditioning was not working properly. Way too expensive for what we got!!!!
