Less than desirable. Won’t stay...

Liked: Comfortable bed. That’s about it.
Disliked: The first room there was water on the floor-person above left shower on. Moved room-broken window. Shower was unclean, and I nearly fell the shower was so slippery. There was one person staffing the restaraunt. It took forever to get anything. The food was great. The customer service was sub par.

Liked: Everything except that the pool was not enabled.

Liked: The restaurant, an overall the property.
Disliked: That the pool was closed during our stayed.

Disliked: Our room wasn’t cleaned when we got there (not new sheets, smelled bad, bathroom noticeably not clean) and there were ants in our room. We kept asking for room service to clean it but it was never adequately done or they would come late in the day (7pm) when we had business calls to take.

Disliked: I asked for my room to be cleaned, it wasn't. I asked again and was told the rooms are not cleaned after a certain hour. It was finally done the day before I left. The pandemic is over yet, hotel prices are outrageous and service is poor.

Disliked: Shower handle broke when used, shower door wouldn’t stay closed…The breakfast on the second day was missing bacon and scrambled eggs
