Liked: The room has everything you need, comfortable bed and shower.Close to the train station, Whole Foods market and restaurants.
Disliked: The staff was unfriendly.But the worst was the housekeeping. The first day I put a sign Do Not Disturb in the morning, and I left around noon, so they didn’t come to clean. So I called a reception and they told me that if the housekeeping sees the sign they just ignore the room for the day. I mean, it never happened to me even in much simpler hotels, it’s normal to come back to check if the sign is off later. Especially expected from the hotel with the name Hilton on it.The next day I left early and they did come to clean, if it can be called that. The bed was awful, no changing sheets even though one of my pillows fell on the floor during the night and I left it there so they could see they’d need to change the sheets.Coffee was not quite replaced and no towels for the bathroom floor. And the toilet seat was up as if was just used by a man. They left the floor dirty.So as much as the room was supposed to be comfortable, at the end it was not. Because after a long day you want to come to a clean room and rest, not be stressing out.

Disliked: Staff were rude, impatient and had zero customer service skills!
