A Fun Night in Boston...

Liked: The hotel was in a great spot to walk to Fenway for a game, wander around for coffee, shopping, good food and a fun night scene. The beds are comfortable and we had a great view
Disliked: Things are kinda old and outdated although you can tell a lot of updates have been made. It just didn’t feel worth the price we paid for one night

Liked: The room overall was nice.Location to Berklee School of Music was amazing.
Disliked: The room's primary source of lighting was mood lighting with no ability to make the lights brighter. If you have anything less than 20/20 vision it was a struggle. Additionally, while the room did accommodate multiple people, the bathroom was much smaller than other hotels I have stayed at. Someone could not get ready while another was showering. Ideally having a separate area with a door for the shower and toilet to ensure someone can get ready at the sink while others are showering. Worst case, adding mirror over the desk would be helpful in this situation.

Liked: I booked this hotel on Booking.com, and the final price including tax was $356.63, but when I got home the hotel charged me $413.42. Negotiations were fruitless! This hotel has terrible service!

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel itself was beautiful, the location was fantastic! Staff were great.
Disliked: Our room had an odd shower where the shower head sprayed out onto the bathroom floor unavoidably. There was a big wet spot on the carpet. The beds were smaller than expected.

An apartment is better than...

Liked: Has a good location
Disliked: The staff was rude, there were hidden extra fees, the management refused to provide a copy of our payment. That’s why it’s always better to stay at an apartment.
