Liked: I booked this hotel on Booking.com, and the final price including tax was $356.63, but when I got home the hotel charged me $413.42. Negotiations were fruitless! This hotel has terrible service!

Liked: The hotel itself was beautiful, the location was fantastic! Staff were great.
Disliked: Our room had an odd shower where the shower head sprayed out onto the bathroom floor unavoidably. There was a big wet spot on the carpet. The beds were smaller than expected.

An apartment is better than...

Liked: Has a good location
Disliked: The staff was rude, there were hidden extra fees, the management refused to provide a copy of our payment. That’s why it’s always better to stay at an apartment.

Charged for breakfast.

Disliked: I was charged on the bill for breakfast even though breakfast was supposed to be included in my booking through you. I would like to get reimbursed for that please.Also, one elevator was out for part of our stay. No sign or any notice. After waiting 14 min one morning for an elevator we were pretty upset.Bar area did not stay open to use the $10 daily credit given.

Liked: Great Location, huge clean rooms and bathrooms, supa chill air-conditioner, helpful staff, good spread of breakfast, awesome Bar, helpful and polite staff. The bell staff Mr Kevin too sweet and helpful to go out of the way to help.
Disliked: Everything was absolutely perfect
